In May 2023, ALD Automotive announced the full takeover of LeasePlan. In October 2023, ALD Automotive and LeasePlan announced their new brand name Ayvens, which will be launched in Germany in 2024. Until then, both companies will continue to operate under their names ALD Automotive and LeasePlan.
